Y2K: Should I change my system date format to display 4-digit years?
Q: Should I change my system date format to display 4-digit years?

A: My advice is to change your system date format in your regional settings to a 4 digit year format, at least for one year before and after January 1, 2000. This way you can insure that you are actually entering the dates you mean to. Without doing this, you may key in "00" during the year 1999, and get "1900", instead of "2000".
